business. We support their development journey, providing the guidance,
training and support needed for our apprentices to feel valued, gain excellent
experience, develop their skills and achieve their goals.
BUUK apprentices benefit from a programme that combines hands-on
experience, a salary, training and mentoring, and the opportunity to gain
formal qualifications – even a degree.

Wealth of opportunities
Apprenticeships are offered across the business, with a wealth of opportunities
for young people in the BUUK scheme to learn and earn, and attain experience
and qualifications along the way.
We offer apprenticeships in the following areas:
BUUK Business Administration Apprenticeships – Level 3 apprenticeships
available to people leaving full-time education after GCSEs and wanting to
gain further qualifications.
BUUK IT Apprenticeships – degree-level apprenticeships available to people
leaving education with A-Levels and wanting to gain a degree without going
to University.
